Marysville are priced far below comparable homes located in nearby King County. I'm confident that after exploring our parks, churches, libraries, and local schools, you'll choose a Marysville area home first. We're simply the friendliest place to buy a home, shop, and raise a family.

Marysville is home to the Marysville-Pilchuck High School Tomahawks, staffed with caring, excellent teachers, and outstanding office personnel serving 2,800+ students. After recently passing our local school district bond issue, we're looking forward to seeing the upgrades of the existing high school plus a new high school to accommodate all the new residents moving into our area. Another close by high school serving the nearby area is Lakewood High School, gathering students from the north edge of western Snohomish County, and northwest of the Smokey Point/Marysville area. This creates a great intramural sports rivalry that helps to showcase the great team spirit and talent Marysville-Tulalip and Lakewood High schools are known for. Marysville's city government is filled with many active and committed local residents, with well-attended town meetings, and a responsive and involved citizenry. If you're looking forward to contributing in a meaningful way to your new community, Marysville welcomes your involvement.

The nearby Tulalip Tribe plays a large part in the identity and growth of our community. The Tulalip Tribe funds many exciting local improvements, from contributing to the enhancement of the 1-5 off-ramps, to awarding grants to many local organizations on a quarterly basis, our area benefits immensely because of our partnerships and cooperation with the Tulalip Tribe.

Come visit Marysville, to go shopping at the new Seattle Outlet Mall, or walk the original downtown stores and taste the best Danish pastries ever, browse through Marysville's Craft Mart Store, (known as one of the friendliest in the whole chain,) or talk to the owner of the quilting shop, and don't forget to smell the freshest flowers, and order delivery for Easter and Mother's Day blossoms.
